I am experienced in working with clients from all walks of life, with a range of presenting needs.
This can include anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, phobias, self-esteem, parenting difficulties, stress, trauma, confidence and more.
Sometimes, people come to therapy with a feeling that 'something isn't quite right', they might be finding school or work difficult, they may be struggling with their sleep or just not feeling like themselves. Some people come to therapy feeling fine but wanting a space to reflect and process something in their life.
You do not need to have a diagnosis, or even a clear idea of what you want to work on...that's the magic of an integrative psychotherapist - I will work with you to figure out what support you need.
