Engaging evidence-based learning for your team
With a background in higher education and over a decade of experience delivering workshops, I offer professional training packages designed for businesses, schools, and charities. My approach to training is rooted in the same philosophy as my clinical work: it must be authentic, straightforward, and genuinely useful.
I don't believe in "off-the-shelf" sessions. Whether I am speaking to a room of teachers, corporate leaders, or frontline workers, I aim to create a space that is interactive, insightful, and occasionally humorous—ensuring that psychological concepts are translated into practical, real-world tools.
